Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, or other problems outside of our control, there may be unforeseen delays with our shipping carriers. If we detect that there is a delay in shipping we will notify you as soon as possible.
We currently only ship to the United States and its territories.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free ground shipping to the continental US on all orders. Faster shipping options are available for a fee, which is automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States and its territories.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shepherd.clothing with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Pre-Paid Return Shipping
Your order includes a pre-paid return shipping label. To return an eligible item, place the return shipping label sticker over the original shipping label and re-seal the mailer with the second adhesive strip.
If you lost the original return shipping label, contact us at orders@shepherd.clothing and we’ll send you a new return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
